Tumbling

Tumble Tot Class – 30 Minute Class
This is an introductory class for toddlers, walking through age 3 with
a parent. It will cover basics of balance and motor control through
various activities. This class is designed for those who can walk and
are looking to improve general motor control.

Tumbling 1 Class – 50 Minute Class
This is an introductory tumbling class. Participants will work on
handstands, forward rolls, backward rolls, back walk-overs, front
walk-overs and cartwheels.

Tumbling 2 Class – 50 Minute Class

This is an extension of the Tumbling 1 class, participants should be
proficient in skills from that class. Participants will work on
backhandsprings, round-offs and round-off backhandsprings.

Tumbling 3 Class – 50 Minute Class
This is an extension of the Tumbling 2 class. In order to participate
in this class participants must have a standing backhandspring and
round-off backhandspring by themselves. This class will work on jumps
into and out of backhandsprings, back tucks, round-off backhandspring
back tucks and more advanced tumbling passes.

Tumbling / Power Abs Class – 1 Hour 15 Minute Class
This tumbling class will focus on backhandsprings and back tucks, as
well as leave time at the end for a power ab workout, key to improving
tumbling.

Team Tumbling Class
Bring your teammates to HAWK All-Stars to work on tumbling as a group. Minimum 5 participants. -> Call for details
